Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an experienced Strategy & Transformation Consulting Manager to lead engagements across Industry practice, spanning consumer goods, manufacturing, life sciences, mobility and real estate.

You will govern planning, deliver robust analyses, and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders, while building a high-performance team and contributing to practice growth in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in strategy consulting or related advisory environments.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience leading workstreams from problem definition to final recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and delivery of engagements, defining objectives and governance.
• Lead client workshops and executive presentations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage risks.
• Develop solutions aligned to client context.
