Morgan Philips Executive Search partners with a leading international industrial and engineering organization to identify a strategic People Partner. Based in Madrid or willing to relocate, this role sits at the intersection of business strategy, organizational effectiveness and workforce transformation.

Working with senior leaders, you will translate business strategy into people and capability plans, shaping leadership pipelines and driving cultural consistency across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 4 years in a senior HRBP/People Partner role.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management, labour relations and organizational development.
• Experience across multiple countries; Europe and the US exposure is valuable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workforce planning and capability-building aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning for leadership pipelines.
• Provide external market perspective on talent trends and employer positioning.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on organizational design and operating models.
• Drive high-performance culture and accountability across leadership.
• Strengthen employee engagement across an international organization.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders with data-driven insights.
