Morgan Philips Executive Search is partnering with a leading international industrial and engineering organization to recruit a strategic People Partner based in Madrid. You will shape workforce, leadership, and organizational capabilities to support an ambitious growth agenda across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required. A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field would be considered an advantage.
• More than 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
• Experience working across different countries and multicultural environments. Exposure to Europe and the United States would be particularly valuable.
• Commercially minded HR professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and is comfortable operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in a complex international environment.
• Strong business acumen and experience balancing workforce decisions with financial and operational considerations.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workforce planning and capability-building initiatives aligned with business objectives and evolving organizational needs.
• Lead talent review and succession planning discussions to ensure robust leadership pipelines.
• Provide external market perspective on talent trends and competitive employer positioning.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on organizational design, operating models and transformation initiatives.
• Build a high-performance culture with accountability and continuous development.
• Strengthen employee engagement and ensure cultural consistency across an international organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor using data-driven insights to support leaders across the employee lifecycle.
