This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, organizational effectiveness and workforce transformation, shaping workforce, leadership and capabilities to support growth across geographies.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required; Master's is an advantage.
10+ years in HR with 4+ years in senior HRBP/People Partner roles.
Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, labour relations, org development.
Experience across countries; Europe and US exposure valuable.
Strategic thinker who can advise senior leaders in international env.

Responsabilidades

Lead workforce planning and capability-building aligned with objectives and forecasts.
Lead talent review and succession planning for leadership pipelines.
Provide external market perspective on talent trends and employer positioning.
Partner with senior stakeholders on organizational design and transformation.
Build a high-performance culture with accountability and development.
Strengthen engagement and cultural consistency across international org.
