Metyis seeks an experienced Associate in Strategy and Execution for the Financial Services sector, based in Madrid or Barcelona. You will interact with C-level clients to drive impactful change, lead strategy and transformation initiatives, and deliver data‑informed solutions within a fast‑paced, multinational team.

You bring 4+ years of consulting experience, leadership in projects, and strong analytical capabilities, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 4+ years of consulting experience in financial services.
• Experience in strategy development, business transformation and operational improvements.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client interactions and build strong client relationships.
• Generate actionable insights, oversee initiatives including strategy development, change management, and business case creation.
• Provide project management oversight and develop presentations, manage external relationships, track progress, and deliver status reports.
• Lead in-depth analyses to define client needs and supervise research to gather data, driving insights on trends.
