Job summary

EY in Madrid is seeking an Executive Director to lead the EY-Parthenon data agenda, collaborating with senior leadership to shape global strategic priorities and drive innovative data assets across platforms.

You will work with the EY-P Global Innovation Leader and the firm Data Office to implement the data strategy, lead procurement and governance, and ensure alignment with business needs across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EY-P or equivalent with multiple service offerings.
• Proven track record delivering data-driven strategies.
• Ability to navigate senior leadership and complex decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of EY-P data strategy.
• Collaborate with SSL and Area leadership to align priorities.
• Oversee data governance, vendor negotiations, and platform integration.
• Support and enhance EY-P Global Technology toolkit.
