Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related security-facing roles.
• Deep endpoint security knowledge across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Experience managing enterprise relationships and escalations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives.
• Familiarity with NIST/CIS/Zero Trust frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as post-sales technical advisor for assigned customers.
• Translate security challenges into business-focused recommendations.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Onboard customers post-sale with structured deployment plans.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues.
