The ideal candidate will have strong endpoint security knowledge, experience with executive-level engagement, and a passion for driving customer success.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related security-facing roles.
• Strong endpoint security knowledge and threat guidance.
• Experience communicating with executives (C-suite).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as post-sales technical advisor for assigned customers.
• Build relationships with security teams, IT leadership and executives.
• Translate security challenges into business outcomes and drive adoption.
• Lead executive reviews and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to resolve issues.
