Job summary

Mercor seeks a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) for AI training. This contract role is remote and runs from Oct 23 to Nov 19, with a commitment of 21 hours per week at $60 per hour.

You will train and evaluate AI agents on HR tasks, create realistic HR environments, and collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy. Fluent Spanish and a degree from a top-20 Spanish university are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Labor regulations and Estatuto de los Trabajadores is a plus.

Role Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks in Human Resources .
• Build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on HR practices in Spain .
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications
