Mercor, a remote-focused talent platform, seeks a Human Resources Expert for Spain to train and evaluate AI agents on HR tasks. The role is contract-based and remote, with a 21-hour weekly commitment from Oct 23 to Nov 19.

You will build HR environments, write prompts, and craft grading rubrics reflecting Spanish practices. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR, native or fluent Spanish, and a degree from a top-20 Spanish university.

• Native or fluent in Spanish.

• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores and Spanish payroll.
