Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced Human Resources Expert for an AI training project. The position is remote, contract-based, and runs from Oct 23 to Nov 19, with a commitment of 21 hours per week.

You will train and evaluate AI agents on HR tasks, build realistic HR environments, and craft prompts and rubrics aligned with Spanish HR practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, native or fluent Spanish, and familiarity with Spanish payroll and labor law.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent)
• Native or fluent in Spanish
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll
