Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert (Spanish, Spain) to train AI agents on realistic HR tasks. This remote contract runs Oct 23 to Nov 19, with a 21-hour weekly commitment.

You will design prompts and evaluation rubrics, collaborate with AI research teams in Spain, and ensure HR practices are accurately reflected in training scenarios while working independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores and Spanish payroll.
