Capgemini Invent is expanding its Intelligent Industry capability in Spain. As part of the Digital Engineering team you will work with multinational clients to understand industrial challenges, propose solutions, and develop digital roadmaps.

You will lead engineering transformation efforts across business and technology angles and collaborate with Capgemini colleagues worldwide to deliver value. The role emphasizes client delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and a multi-disciplinary

Formación

• 6+ years of professional experience in strategic business consulting, especially industrial transformation.
• 3+ years leading global teams and managing programs (international environments).
• Excellent written and oral communication; report to senior/C-level with executive presence.
• Experience developing business development materials (offerings, PoV...).
• English: min C1; multilingual preferred (French / German).

Responsabilidades
