Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Commodity Manager to lead MFT/MDT activities and act as the entry point for the commodity management function. You will establish commodity strategy, perform market analysis, and oversee sourcing and contract management to improve supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in strategic category management, global sourcing, and complex contract negotiation.

• Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Be accountable for leading the MFT/MDT and serve as the entry point to commodity management; establish and implement commodity strategy and procurement policy.
• Perform market analysis (global sourcing, including offsets) and manage sourcing and contract management activities.
• Identify value-creation projects, sustain long-term supplier relationships, and manage risk.
