Airbus Operations SL in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Commodity Buyer for Buildings & Construction to join the Buildings Spain Team. You will drive compliant procurement processes, lead cross-functional project teams and manage national and international frame contracts for construction services.

Responsibilities include overseeing tenders, supplier performance via KPIs, and developing strategies for harmonised material groups to support Airbus Savings Programmes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a Procurement Business School or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction with strong procurement knowledge.
• At least 5 years in procurement, operations, or facility management with building contracts experience.
• Autonomous with leadership, negotiation, and people management skills; ethics and compliance-focused.
• Native or fluent Spanish and negotiation level English.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of procurement contracts and project management.

Responsabilités

• Drive compliant Airbus General Procurement processes and lead cross-functional project teams for building procurement.
• Negotiate and implement frame contracts for construction services; manage risks and supplier relations.
• Lead tenders, monitor performance via KPIs, and take recovery actions when needed.
• Develop procurement strategies for harmonised material groups and support savings programs.
