CHEP is seeking a Manager, Carrier Management – Iberia, to lead and optimise a large carrier network across Iberia. You will own relationships with 150+ carriers, drive performance, cost and compliance, and lead a team of analysts and coordinators to deliver robust transport solutions.

• 5–10 years of experience in transportation and logistics.
• Strong understanding of the Iberia carrier market and transport operations at scale.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure carrier capacity across all Iberia lanes (contracted and spot market).
• Manage carrier performance (service, cost, compliance and systems).
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers at owner and director level.
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives and transport efficiency improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver effective transport solutions.
• Lead and develop a team supporting carrier management activity.
• Align Iberia operations with European standards and frameworks.
