Amazon is seeking a Carrier Manager for the Middle Mile team in Spain to manage Linehaul Service Provider relationships, ensuring successful setup and ongoing performance. The role requires superb organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-obsessed mindset to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional service.

The candidate should be fluent in Polish, hold a Bachelor's degree, and bring program or project management and supply chain experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best in class coaching for LSPs, including the ability to interpret data, monitor performance and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with LSPs, serving as their voice within the Amazon ecosystem.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on diverse projects for continuous program improvements.
• Adeptly manage operational challenges and develop long-term solutions.
