Responsibilities

• Research target companies, market segments and key stakeholders to identify potential opportunities.
• Generate interest through outbound outreach, campaigns, networking and follow-up.
• Qualify prospective customers by learning about their needs, priorities and current approach to multilingual content.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline, keeping customer and opportunity information accurate in the CRM.
• Schedule and support introductory meetings, discovery discussions, presentations and follow-up activities.
• Work with senior business development colleagues to progress qualified opportunities through the sales process.
• Help prepare account plans, proposals, presentations and other customer-facing materials.
• Develop a strong understanding of IQVIA Language Solutions, our customers and the life sciences workflows we support.
• Collaborate with Presales, Account Management, Marketing, Delivery and other IQVIA teams to create a positive customer experience.
• Bring energy, ideas and market feedback to a fast-evolving commercial team.
