IQVIA is seeking a Director/Sr Director of Business Development for IQVIA Biotech in Europe. The role focuses on driving sales and account management across the biotech sector, selling Phase I–IV global services, and expanding the client portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in clinical sales, strategic selling, and senior-level engagement. Key responsibilities include relationship management, competitor intelligence, and developing robust account strategies to drive revenue

Formación

• 10+ years in CRO/pharma/biotech with BD responsibilities.
• Experience selling to C-suite and senior executives across large deals.
• Strong ability to build long-term relationships and identify business opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Sell across the enterprise, including customized Phase I–IV global services.
• Manage relationships at all levels within client organizations, including C-Suite.
• Gather intelligence on clients and competitors to inform account strategy.
• Develop robust account strategies and drive superior execution to expand IQVIA's portfolio.
• Close significant deals leveraging integrated IQVIA solutions.
