Job summary

FI Group by EPSA is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive our Procurement Consulting activity in Spain. You will identify priority accounts, open new markets and build relationships with senior decision-makers across General Management, Procurement, Finance and Operations.

The role combines hunter mindset with consultative sales, offering a hybrid work model, a flexible benefits allowance and a highly competitive compensation package aligned with experience and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B services or consulting.
• 4–7 years in B2B sales roles.
• Experience in consultative sales and managing B2B sales cycles.
• Experience in prospecting and opening new accounts, negotiating and closing opportunities.
• Strong ability to engage with managers and executives.
• Ability to develop business autonomously.
• Knowledge of Procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new companies and target accounts.
• Generate meetings and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Prepare and lead sales meetings.
• Coordinate and actively participate in preparing commercial proposals.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Rigorously manage the sales pipeline, CRM and forecast.
• Work with Procurement teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to project execution.
