LEGO Group in Madrid is seeking a hands-on Analytics & Insights Partner to act as a strategic commercial advisor, delivering data-driven insights that inform decisions, optimise performance, and drive commercial growth for the Spain business unit.

You will combine business acumen with analytical expertise and storytelling to support both short-term goals and long-term strategies, in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) with no relocation offered.

Formación

• Experience in data analysis and commercial data insights roles in consumer goods, retail or consultancy.
• Ability to present insights and make actionable recommendations to SLT in clear format.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Ability to synthesize data for diverse audiences and manage ad hoc projects.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Advisory: Develop tailored commercial analytic insights and track key metrics.
• Performance Analysis & Insights: Deep-dive analyses on commercial performance, uncovering actionable insights.
• Storytelling: Translate data insights into compelling narratives for non-technical partners.
• Forecasting & Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical modelling to anticipate trends and inform strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
• Independent Project Management: Lead ad hoc analyses and deliver insights with minimal guidance.
