Super is looking for a Data Science Manager to lead analytics that guide commercial strategy across markets. You will own the insights agenda end-to-end, partnering with product, marketing and business leaders to derive actionable recommendations.

You will build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, define KPI frameworks, and design robust experimentation to inform strategic decisions. This role is based in Madrid and reports into the Analytics & Insights function.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, CS or related field
• 8+ years in analytics or insights with at least 2 years in people management
• Strong SQL skills to extract, manipulate and analyze large datasets
• Proven experience using data to influence commercial strategy and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience designing and analysing A/B tests and applying causal or statistical methods
• Experience developing KPI frameworks and standardising reporting across business areas or markets
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades

• Partner with commercial teams to define data-driven strategies and surface insights for leaders
• Develop metrics frameworks and KPI standardisation across markets
• Design and own experimentation framework using A/B tests and causal inference
• Collaborate with Data Eng, BI, and Data Products to enable self-service analytics
• Lead and develop analytics team, set objectives and manage delivery timelines
