Idoven is seeking an Account Manager to oversee post-sale relationships with strategic clients, including pharma companies and medtech partners. You will drive client success through training and relationship management, promoting independent platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a commercial role within healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital operations.
• Commercial drive with a focus on renewal and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and track health and commercial progress.
• Train client sales and clinical teams to promote Idoven's platform.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
