Bioo is seeking a professional with experience in construction, landscaping, architecture, engineering, or urban development to drive growth across national and international projects. You will identify opportunities, build high-level relationships, and work with the General Management and technical teams to promote innovative projects in Spain and internationally. Permanent contract with on-site or hybrid setup, offering a competitive fixed salary plus performance bonus.

Formación

• Experience in construction, landscaping, architecture, engineering, or urban development.
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive growth with strategic clients.
• Experience in building high-level relationships and managing complex sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities across construction, landscaping, urban development, architecture, and engineering sectors.
• Manage relationships with developers, architecture firms, engineering consultancies, public administrations, and corporate clients.
• Lead consultative sales processes with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities within tenders, competitions, urban development projects, and real estate developments.
• Prepare commercial proposals and strategic presentations with the technical team.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and coordinate the sales process through to closing.
• Represent Bioo at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with national and international clients.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key sector stakeholders.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building high-level relationships, and transforming complex projects into strategic business agreements.

You will work directly with the General Management team and collaborate closely with technical departments to promote innovative projects in Spain and internationally.
