Bip Iberia in Barcelona invites an experienced Life Sciences Manager to join our expanding consulting team. You will oversee consulting projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage with senior clients across Europe, Americas, and beyond.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in consulting, strong Life Sciences knowledge, and fluent Spanish and English. We offer flexible hybrid work, professional development, and accelerated career paths.

What will be your challenge?

The Life Sciences team collaborates with clients on analysis for decision-making and solution design across the business and access value chain to maximize product penetration and create greater business impact. This includes (but is not limited to) opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, market access strategy, pricing and reimbursement, product lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, business excellence, organizational transformation, and sustainability, all supported by market intelligence and data strategy.

We are looking to incorporate a Manager within the Life Sciences team who meets the following requirements and who wants to continue their professional development in the world of consulting, in a collaborative environment and with a career plan with possibilities for rapid growth.

Experience: 5-7 years in consulting

Among the functions you will perform:
