Bryden Wood is expanding its Barcelona team to work on large-scale Data Centre and Industrial projects across Europe. You will drive development of 3D BIM models in a collaborative environment, coordinating data with architects, engineers and clients to ensure accurate, constructible designs.

The role emphasizes expertise in Revit, mechanical/electrical building knowledge, and fluency in Spanish and English, in a hybrid Barcelona setting with UK integration.

Formación

• Must have: Proficiency in using Autodesk Revit.
• Must have: Electrical and/or Mechanical building engineering knowledge.
• Must have: Full professional fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Must have: Experience in working on construction projects in the UK and/or Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Develop 3D BIM models and parametric families across the European Data Centre portfolio.
• Generate precise layouts and integrate multi-disciplinary data for fully coordinated construction-ready BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and clients to drive project success and efficient delivery.

The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Building Services (MEP) BIM Modeler with technical and digital skills, to join our expanding team in Barcelona. We are looking for professionals with diverse experience levels to contribute to our dynamic, internationalglobal strategy and design consultancy.

As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop innovative and complex designs. Your experience and expertise will play a pivotal role in driving project success through direct client engagement, fostering collaboration, and delivering efficient, high-quality solutions.

As a key member of our BIM team, you will drive the development of 3D models and parametric families across our European Data Centre portfolio. You will be responsible for generating precise layouts and integrating multi-disciplinary data to ensure the delivery of fully coordinated construction-ready BIM models.

What we need
