Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca is seeking a Store Sales Advisor to be the main contact for customers visiting the showroom, helping them find the right building materials and solutions for their projects. You will welcome and advise customers, keep the showroom visually appealing, prepare detailed quotes, and process orders while resolving inquiries and incidents efficiently.

This is a permanent, full-time role with hours 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, offering an annual

• At least 6 months of professional experience in sales or commercial customer service.
• Solid user-level computer skills with office software or commercial management programs.
• Language skills are considered a plus and will be positively valued.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a service-oriented mindset.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Resolving customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order incidents efficiently

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following profile:
