Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to assist professional tradespeople and private clients in selecting building supplies and materials.

You will welcome, advise, and maintain a showroom, prepare quotes, and manage orders end-to-end while delivering after-sales support. The role offers a permanent contract and a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekends free.

Formación

• 6 months of proven sales or customer-facing experience.
• Good user-level knowledge of office tools or commercial management software.
• Additional language skills are considered a valuable plus.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

A private company in the construction and technical services sector is currently seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Advisor to join its store in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for both professional tradespeople and private clients, helping them choose the right building supplies and materials for their projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities in the store include:

• Welcoming, advising, and building long-term relationships with customers visiting the construction materials store.
• Maintaining an attractive, organized, and up-to-date showroom display at all times.
• Preparing accurate commercial quotes and estimates based on client specifications.
• Processing and tracking customer orders smoothly from start to finish.
• Managing after-sales customer service and resolving any incidents or queries efficiently.

What you need to bring to the role:

• At least 6 months of proven sales or customer-facing commercial experience.
• Good user-level knowledge of office tools or commercial management software.
• Additional language skills are considered a valuable plus.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

What the position offers:

• A stable, permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido).
• A structured full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, working 09:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 (free weekends).
• Remuneration in accordance with the construction sector collective agreement, with an annual gross salary between €22,000 and €23,000.
• An attractive work location directly in Palma, Mallorca.
