Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca, seeks a Construction Site Manager to oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate workflow across projects.

You will plan schedules, supervise technical aspects, manage resources, and ensure safety compliance, acting as the liaison between stakeholders and teams. This permanent, full-time role includes a company car and a gross salary of €33,121.53 paid in 14 installments.

Formación

• FP Grado Superior or degree in Technical Architecture/Building Engineering.
• Or at least 1 year of proven experience as a construction site manager.
• Good knowledge of standard software and PRESTO.
• English level B1.
• Valid category B driving license for site visits.

A local construction company based in Palma is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Manager to oversee daily operations on site. In this role, you coordinate the workflow, ensure projects finish on schedule, and maintain high standards across all construction phases.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing work schedules and project deadlines.
• Preparing and tracking budgets, project measurements, and billing certifications.
• Providing technical supervision on site and managing required resources effectively.
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Serving as the key communication liaison between all involved stakeholders and project teams.

What you bring to the role:

• A Higher Vocational Training qualification (FP Grado Superior) or a degree in Technical Architecture / Building Engineering (no prior experience required for graduates).
• Alternatively, at least one year of proven experience working as a construction site manager.
• Good working knowledge of standard computer software and construction-specific tools such as PRESTO.
• A conversational level of English (B1 level).
• A valid category B driving license to conduct site visits across projects using a company vehicle.

What is offered:

• A permanent full-time employment contract.
• A gross annual salary of €33,121.53 distributed across 14 payments.
• Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 17:30.
• A company car provided for professional site visits.
