Confidential employer in Mallorca is seeking a Store Assistant for a permanent, full-time position in Son Ferriol, Palma. You will support daily shop operations, serve customers, and ensure stock accuracy.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to lift up to 25 kg, and practical day-to-day inventory tasks. Work hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday 8:30–17:00 with a 30-minute break, occasional Saturday.

Formación

• Physical fitness to lift and move items up to 25 kg.
• Proficient reading and listening in Catalan; Mallorquin a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills for daily inventory & orders.
• Valid Category B driving license; own vehicle for commuting.

A commercial business in Son Ferriol, Palma, is currently seeking a motivated Store Assistant to join its team on a permanent, full-time contract. Responsibilities

• Assisting customers and providing a friendly, helpful service.
• Placing, checking, and receiving incoming merchandise and supplier orders.
• Organizing products, managing stock, and maintaining general order throughout the shop floor and storage area.
• Handling physical stock tasks, including moving and lifting heavy items such as 25kg bags.

Qualifications and requirements

• Good physical fitness, capable of lifting and handling heavy loads (up to 25kg bags).
• High listening and reading comprehension in Catalan (spoken Catalan or Mallorquín is considered a strong plus).
• Intermediate computer skills for daily inventory and order management tasks.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and your own vehicle for commuting to Son Ferriol.
• Immediate availability to start work.

What is offered

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) in the commercial retail sector.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00 with a 30-minute break, plus one alternating Saturday.
• An annual gross salary of 19,200 EUR in accordance with the retail collective bargaining agreement (Convenio de Comercio).
• A reliable, local workplace located in Son Ferriol, Palma de Mallorca.
