Job summary

Diesel is seeking a Store Manager for its La Roca Village location on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on driving sales, leading a passionate team, and delivering exceptional customer service to locals and tourists.

You will implement action plans, manage stock, coordinate omni-channel activities, and uphold Diesel and OTB guidelines while building strong client relationships and a vibrant in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement regular action plans in cooperation with Retail Manager to develop sales for each product category and clientele.
• Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on sales; act as a brand ambassador to VIP clientele.
• Ensure adequate client and prospect databases.
• Support and manage omni-channel activities (in store pick-up, etc.) ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Meet inventory accuracy, review merchandise assortment and optimize stock levels and mix.
• Execute all procedures and processes defined by the company.
• Comply with stock protection and maintain loss reduction standards.
• Achieve financial objectives proposing action plans and adapt to situations quickly.
• Hire passionate people and coach growth and development of the team.
• Develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives and to apply OTB standards.
• Keep momentum towards long-term strategy while achieving store and organizational goals.
• Analyze CRM data and propose in-store CRM activities to win new customers and retain existing ones.
• Network with department stores and shopping areas to exchange information.
• Establish and maintain safety management system of store facility, stocks, equipment.
• Respond properly in event of disasters (earthquakes, fires, etc.).
• Plan and implement sales objectives on a daily and monthly basis.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Streamline workflow and create staff shifts.
• Ensure stores are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Analyze and report on sales, competitors, trends and other variables.
• Set up and maintain effective VMD based on VMD guidelines.
