Camper, a family-run footwear brand with a long global presence, is seeking a Store Manager for its Barcelona store. You will lead sales, service and store operations to deliver an outstanding omnichannel brand experience.

You will develop the team, recruit and coach, ensure premium service, and drive commercial results while upholding Camper's values of REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING. The role also aligns with the brand's ESG principles and inclusive culture.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
• Legal right to work in EU without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to work full-time.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Experience Management: ensure high customer satisfaction and develop long-term relationships across omnichannel channels.
• Team Management: lead, train/coach and inspire the sales team; participate in recruitment.
• Business Results & Efficiency: manage POS operations, influence commercial decisions and analyze performance.
• Brand image: uphold Camper's premium branding and ESG principles in-store interactions.
• Operational excellence: execute store operations per Company Policies & Procedures, driving efficiency.

About The Role

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our Camper store in Barcelona; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.

As a Camper Store Manager, your mission will be to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.

We’re counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team’s potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

• Customer Experience Management: Our customers matter! You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long‑term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.
• Team Management: our people are the key asset at Camper! You will be taking on the role of leader within the team, actively participating in the recruitment process, acting as a trainer/coach and always inspiring and leading by example.
• Business Results & Efficiency: Optimizing is our ultimate goal. As a Store Manager you are required to manage the point of sale efficiently, influencing commercial decisions and taking business analysis into account.
• Brand image: Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principals.
• Operational excellence: In the omnichannel era, operations are key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies & Procedures. Organization leads to efficiency.
