• Experience as a retail sales manager or store supervisor.

• Experience in watches/jewelry is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team for a fixed-term assignment, covering a temporary leave of absence and overseeing one of our stores in Barcelona

As a Store Manager your main tasks will be:

• Building revenue, overseeing back-office operations, and supervising sales teams.


• Developing strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clientelling, exceptional customer service, events, partnerships, and traffic-driving initiatives.


• Ensuring a consistent, high-quality in-store experience for all customers.


• Thinking strategically and driving the business in alignment with company standards.


• Prioritizing, planning, delegating, managing administrative tasks, and adapting to evolving business needs.


• Maximizing inventory efficiency and ensuring strong cash control and loss-prevention practices.

Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced retail sales manager with a strong focus on driving sales performance, delivering refined customer service, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. They are a communicative, results-oriented professional with strong customer-service instincts and a high attention to detail. Previous experience in the watch and jewelry industry will be considered a strong plus

Professional Requirements

Languages

Conversation level of English. Knowledge in other language would be a plus.
