Job summary

The Swatch Group busca incorporar a una boutique de lujo en Madrid a una persona de ventas a tiempo completo (38,5 h/semana) para cubrir una posición temporal. Se realizará atención al cliente, venta de productos y mantenimiento de la tienda, con disponibilidad para incorporarse de inmediato.

Se valorará experiencia en atención al cliente, orientación a ventas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo, con fluidez en español e inglés. Se valoran otros idiomas y uso básico de ordenador.

Qualifications

• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente en venta minorista de lujo.
• Capacidad para asesorar y cerrar ventas manteniendo la experiencia de marca.
• Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a turnos.
• Dominio de idiomas: español e inglés valorado.

Responsibilities

• Dar la bienvenida y asesorar a clientes según protocolos de la empresa.
• Vender y asesorar sobre los productos de la boutique.
• Aplicar técnicas de ventas y mantener el cuidado de la tienda.
• Participar en el logro de los objetivos de ventas.

Job Description We need to incorporate to one of our luxury boutiques in Madrid a full-time salesperson (38,5 h/week) to cover a temporary position, assuming the following functions:

• Welcome and customer service according to the protocols of the Company.
• Sales and advice on the products offered at the boutique.
• Mastery and implementation of sales techniques
• Care and maintenance of the store
• Active participation in the achievement of turnover objectives
• Availability for immediate incorporation

Profile We are looking for a professional with proven customer service experience and the following competencies:

• Customer and sales orientation
• Teamwork - Flexibility
• Product affinity

Professional Requirements Availability for shift work.
Fluent in Spanish and English
Any other language is a plus
Computer user level.
