Camper, a contemporary footwear brand based in Mallorca, seeks a Retail People & Culture Manager to lead HR strategies across our stores and uphold Camper's values.

In this role you will drive talent development, recruitment, training and performance management while fostering an inclusive, positive work environment aligned with our culture and practices in the Balearic Islands.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within retail.
  • Solid knowledge in HR management and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to implement talent and culture strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Design and implement talent acquisition, development and retention strategies.
  • Lead and motivate the retail team with professional development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Promote Camper’s values across all stores and operations.

Job Mission

The main objective of the Retail People & Culture Manager position is to lead human resources strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment within the company's stores, aligned with Camper's values and organizational culture.

Description Of Responsibilities
Talent Development and Management
  • Design and execute talent acquisition, development and retention strategies.
  • Conduct inclusive and diverse selection processes, ensuring alignment with company values.
Team Development
  • Lead, inspire and motivate the retail team to achieve common goals.
  • Establish professional development plans and ongoing training programs to improve team performance.
  • Implement periodic performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Human Resources Management
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with current labor legislation.
  • Manage labor conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Promote an inclusive and diverse environment, fostering equal opportunities.
Organizational Culture
  • Promote and transmit Camper's culture and values in all retail operations.
  • Implement initiatives and activities that reinforce the sense of belonging and commitment of the staff.
Skills For The Position

The position reports directly to the People & Culture Director and works closely with the following stakeholders:

  • Area & Store Managers Team.
  • Human Resources Department.
  • Training and Development Team.
  • Operations and Logistics Area.
Job Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related area.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the retail sector.
  • Solid knowledge in human resources management and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to implement talent and culture strategies.
