Job summary

SMCP Group, the umbrella for Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot and Fursac, is expanding its Retail Manager roles in Barcelona and the surrounding area. You will oversee store performance, lead and coach a team, and ensure an engaging in-store experience aligned with brand standards.

The position requires strong leadership, customer focus, and a track record in retail operations within a premium fashion environment.
