Grand Hyatt Barcelona seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency across kitchens, back-of-house areas, buffets, banquets, and events.

You will work with Culinary and F&B teams to maintain high standards, coordinate daily activities, and support high-volume services, including events, while maintaining safety and presentation.

Formación

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
• Experience in high-volume service environments is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of computer tools and internal management applications is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise stewarding team and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and availability of china, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain organization of kitchens and stewarding areas.
• Support high-volume operations during banquets and events.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety procedures.
• Train and motivate stewarding colleagues.
