Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Station Supervisor in Barcelona to support the Station Manager in daily operations, staff oversight, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help coordinate vehicle fleet, service quality, and staff performance to drive station success.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational efficiency, and customer focus in a fast-paced car rental environment at a global mobility brand.

• Experience in a supervisory or operational role.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Management: assist the Station Manager in day-to-day operations, fleet availability, maintenance, and scheduling.
• Customer Service: address inquiries, resolve issues, and guide staff to deliver excellent service.
• Staff Management: assist in recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating station staff and scheduling shifts.
• Sales and Financial Management: assist in monitoring sales targets, upselling services, and helping manage the station budget.
• Fleet Management: monitor fleet, ensure maintenance and cleanliness, and optimize utilization.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure compliance with policies and regulations and maintain a safe workplace.
