Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Station Fleet Manager to lead and optimize fleet operations across our stations in Spain. You will oversee daily vehicle servicing, maintenance coordination, staff development, and performance reporting to ensure top-tier service for customers.

The role demands strong leadership, ability to manage a team, and exceptional organizational skills to drive efficiency, safety, and cost control in a dynamic mobility environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in fleet management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in managing vehicle repairs and inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Human Management: Lead and develop fleet staff, including hikers and maintenance agents, to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values.
• Daily Fleet Operations: Oversee the timely repair and servicing of vehicles according to company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Internal and External Relations: Communicate and coordinate with external personnel, including Return, Service, and Ready Line agents, to maintain smooth operational flow.
