Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Station Back Office Supervisor in Seville to lead the back office team, ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards, and support an efficient customer journey.

You will supervise administrative activities, manage staff shifts, and drive actions to meet location goals while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence at a busy station.

Formación

• Proven experience in back office or administrative management.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate tasks, and drive performance improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Back Office Management: Oversee all back office administrative activities, including key dispenser management, fuel reconciliation, overdue management, and more, ensuring compliance with local laws and certifications.
• People Management: Act as a shift manager for counter agents, providing observation, coaching, and mentoring to help them meet or exceed location goals, supporting staff planning for efficient operations.
