Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Startup Central Sales Account Executive to drive growth with startups at various stages in a Madrid-based role. You will engage founders, CxOs, boards, and VC influencers, coordinating with BD, marketing, solution architecture and partner teams to deliver go-to-market strategies and create tailored value propositions.

You will help startups shape their cloud journey from ideation to scale, accelerating AWS adoption, leveraging Bedrock and our AI capabilities, and

Qualifications

• Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent.
• Experience in business development, sales, or sales-engineering, preferably in technology, internet, and e-commerce sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth across startup journeys from ideation to scale.
• Execute territory strategies and prioritize opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
• Create compelling AWS value propositions by understanding customers' products and market needs.
• Accelerate technical adoption of AWS services aligned with customers' growth trajectory.
• Leverage AWS partners to expand market reach and drive AWS adoption.
