Safeguard Global Staff Leasing Spain is seeking a Staffing Operations Specialist for a fully remote, high-autonomy role in a growth-oriented international environment. The position focuses on workforce administration, payroll coordination, labour compliance, and client service delivery.

You will work with Spanish ETT standards, ensure RDL 32/2021 compliance, coordinate payroll inputs and contracts, and support audits and invoicing across multiple clients, leveraging RED/SILTRA/Contrat@ tools.

Formación

• Previous experience working within a licensed Spanish ETT.
• Hands-on management of CPDs, temporary contracts, and payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience using RED, SILTRA, Contrat@ and CASIA.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills.
• Based in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation and post-RDL 32/2021 regulations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, timesheets, contract changes, terminations, and settlements.
• Manage PRL requirements before assignment start, including risk assessments and training controls.
• Work with Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, CASIA and other labour administration platforms.
• Support audits, labour inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Ensure seamless payroll-to-invoicing operations across multiple clients.

We’re seeking an experienced Staffing Operations Specialist with a strong background in the Spanish ETT (Empresa de Trabajo Temporal) sector.

This is a highly operational role focused on workforce administration, labour compliance, payroll coordination, and client service delivery. It is not a recruitment, talent acquisition, HRBP, or EOR position.
