Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager for OpenTelemetry Experience to own the end-to-end journey from uninstrumented workloads to healthy telemetry in Grafana Cloud. You will guide SDK onboarding, automatic instrumentation, and Collector deployment while ensuring a cohesive, scalable user experience for developers and operators.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Documentation, and GTM teams, shaping product strategy and market positioning.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in developer tools, observability, or technically complex B2B products.
• Experience leading strategy and execution across multiple engineering teams without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry SDKs, OTLP, collectors, and instrumentation concepts.
• Experience building instrumentation systems, telemetry collectors, and onboarding workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, strategy, and cross-product roadmap for the telemetry journey into Grafana Cloud.
• Create coherent experiences across SDKs, automatic instrumentation, and Collector deployment.
• Identify and eliminate setup failures, misconfigurations, and telemetry quality issues.
• Establish shared experience principles and success criteria across product and engineering teams.
• Prioritize investments using customer research and product data to drive measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to define launches and technical content.
