Grafana Labs is a remote-first company seeking a Director of Product Management in Spain. You will own the roadmap for data collection, transformation, and ingestion for Grafana Cloud, align multiple teams around priorities, and shape AI-enabled product decisions that deliver customer value at scale.
You will lead PMs, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Product Marketing, and define pricing and packaging that reflect value while enabling growth in a globally distributed
Formación
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience leading product strategy across multiple teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching for PMs.
- Experience with AI-enabled product experiences.
- Excellent cross-functional communication.
Responsabilidades
- Define and own the product vision for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion.
- Align teams around roadmaps and priorities across multiple engineering streams.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Technical Writing, Developer Advocacy, Analytics, Product Marketing, GTM.
- Evolve the product with AI-enabled workflows and AI-influenced decision making.
- Mentor and grow Product Managers and promote high-quality outcomes.
