Job summary

Preply is seeking a Senior Product leader to launch Preply Pro, an AI-forward freemium experience, and to own strategic, cross-functional projects that move the business forward. You will manage a portfolio spanning squads, learners, and tutors, and drive performance across web and mobile.

You will combine product craft with commercial instincts, stakeholder management, and rigorous execution to turn ambiguity into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience building and launching consumer-facing, mobile-first products.
• Strong commercial acumen for pricing, packaging, conversion, and retention.
• Genuine curiosity about learners and tutors using Preply.
• Proficient with data, experiments, and interpreting results.
• Ability to persuade and align senior stakeholders across functions.
• Clear communication of complex, ambiguous work to leadership.
• Ability to convert ambiguity into actionable plans and milestones.
• Experience launching or scaling monetization related products.

Responsibilities

• Own the Preply Pro launch end to end, with strategy, roadmap, execution, and commercial results.
• Lead the commercial story: business case, pricing, packaging, and metrics.
• Work across squads and tribes to drive cross-cutting initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Ops.
• Stay close to customers to ensure bets solve real problems for learners and tutors.
• Execute with discipline, turning cross-functional work into clear plans and ownership.
• Analyze data independently to guide decisions and validate hypotheses.
