• Lead the squad from the Product side as Preply expands globally in fintech.

• Drive the squad's operating rhythm: planning, ceremonies, delivery tracking.
• Align with leadership and communicate priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate across teams to align stakeholders for launching initiatives successfully.
