Preply is seeking a Staff Platform Product Manager to own the product strategy for platform capabilities that reduce developer friction, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery. You’ll set the vision for platform as a product and define paved paths used by engineering teams.

As part of the Platform Tribe, you’ll translate constraints into clear requirements, measure success with OKRs, and drive adoption of platform standards across squads to scale AI-enabled learning.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain product charters for platform products, including users, problem statements, non-goals, and success metrics
• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and OKRs for core platform capabilities
• Identify and prioritize developer pain points using qualitative and quantitative signals with the focus on impact
• Translate platform needs into clear product requirements and priorities
• Partner with engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs and solutions, focusing on scalable platform capabilities rather than custom solutions for individual teams
• Drive adoption of platform standards across teams
• Define and track success
