Preply is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a key area of our platform, from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. You will partner with engineering, design, and business teams to create scalable, user-centered solutions that drive growth and learner outcomes.

You’ll use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions, define success metrics, and advocate for your domain across the company.

Qualificações

• Senior Product Management experience in rapid-growth or evolving environments.
• Strong ability to work with data and metrics to inform decisions.
• Hands-on and collaborative, contributing to product development while shaping strategy.
• Deep empathy for customers to inform product direction.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full product lifecycle for a key area of our platform, from discovery to delivery and ongoing optimization.
• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to build and ship high-impact features.
• Prioritize initiatives with clear trade-offs and measurable impact.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to validate hypotheses and drive improvements.
• Define, track, and communicate product success metrics across the org.
• Act as the internal champion for your product area and drive visibility.
