Super is seeking a Staff Product Manager to rethink support through AI-enabled automation and exceptional human experiences. You will own a high-visibility domain, define multi-year strategy, and drive investments while raising the bar for product practice across teams.

This senior IC role requires leading cross-market workflows, shaping the support product roadmap, and partnering with engineering, data science, and operations to deliver impact at a global scale.

Formación

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally including CX or AI at scale.
• Track record owning a domain end-to-end with commercial outcomes.
• Deep experience applying AI/ML in a support context and integrating third-party platforms.
• Ability to build a business case and secure investment.
• Data-driven, capable of breaking down multi-market workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Define a multi-year product vision and strategy for Customer Support.
• Design and scale AI-powered self-service and AX tools.
• Lead chatbots and automated workflows with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Support Operations to build an effective agent desktop.
• Ship experiences across markets with aligned GTM and operations.
