You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to drive improvements in response quality and support speed, including onboarding external providers and redesigning how support is organized.

• Improve customer support operations through projects like onboarding providers and reorganizing support delivery.
• Build scalable support systems: help centers, chatbots, automated flows, AI-powered answers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues and drive product improvements.
• Shape support for newly acquired products by aligning operations, tools, and processes.
• Use data and AI to measure performance and drive continuous improvements.
